  • We will provide a superior quality/price combination for all products and services to encourage participation.
  • We will maintain all facilities at a level consistent with the expectations of the members, committees, and Board of Directors (“Board”). We will maintain and enhance the facilities to ensure the best possible conditions aligned with our budget.
  • We will creatively provide recreational and social activities for all ages of our members and families.
  • We will promote a work environment, that offers transparency and open communication, promotes new ideas, and provides a fair compensation package that rewards the efforts of our staff.
  • We will strive to be inclusive and attract new members, review membership packages, and adjust according to economic conditions and/or The Bay Club budget requirements maintain full memberships in all categories, and preserve the financial soundness of the Club.
  • We will continuously assess financial and other business strategies to measure the outcomes and annually update the plan to ensure that the Club adapts to the changing internal and external environment.
